 It is a so french food yet so easy to prepare. I saw a lot of them in supermarkets and food shops and I always druelled RVwhenever I saw it. So I asked RV for the hundreds of time to find the recipes. Fyi all the tomate farcies in the supermaket or food shop use porc. When finally I got the recipe I prepare it and it’s so delicious. For tomato lovers you should try it!

Here is the recipe!

  • 6 tomatoes
  • 1 tea sp of origano
  • 2 table sp of fresh basilic (chopped)
  • 2 tea sp of salt
  • 1 tea sp of ground pepper
  • 2 garlics (chopped)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 300 gr of ground beef
  • 3 table sp of cooking oil
  • 100 gr of shreaded parmesan cheese

How to cook

  • Cut a little bit the top of each tomato. Take out all the inside of the tomatoes. Set aside.
  • Fried onion until its color change, add garlic and ground beef. Add salt, ground peppers and origano. Cook the beef until the color change. Don’t cook it too long and too dry.
  • Stuff each tomato with the ground beef and cover with cheese.
  • put the stuffed tomato in a pan that is covered with aluminium foil.
  • Grilled in 200 degree celcius heat for 30 minutes.

Served while hot with french fries. Serving for 3 people.
