CEC Pasta

 niaYep! It is just like CEC soup. There were still one portion left after having CEC soup for the dinner. I got to finished it! So during lunch the next day I  thought how to reform it into a delicious lunch menu. Getting the idea from Indomie (#1 Indonesian instant noodle), I cook some pasta and add it to the CEC soup. As a result it was so yummy. The taste is comparable with Indomie but healthier. If you are an Indomie maniac, this recipe can be an alternative!

Here is the recipe: 

Ingredients:ingredients

  • 1 lt water
  • 2 box of chicken broth
  • 3 eggs (shuffled)
  • 1 tea sp of salt
  • 1 tea sp of ground pepper
  • 3 sp of parmesan cheese
  • 1 leek (sliced)
  • 250 gr of pasta

How to cook:

  • Boil the water. Add chicken broth. Add egg slowly while keep mixing until the eggs formed into fiber.
  • Add crab, salt and pepper. Boil until cook.boiled
  • Add ‘daun bawang’ bpil until it is well cook
  • Add parmesan chesse.
  • Boil pasta separately, discard the water.
  • Add pasta into the soup
  • Serve while hot. Add chilly souce to spice up!

Servings: for 2-3 people
